Express Delivery (India): 2–4 business days (available in select locations with extra charge).

International Delivery: 7–15 business days (charges and timelines vary by destination).
3. Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999 within India.

For orders below ₹1,999, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.

5. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timelines may vary due to unexpected circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive rush.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Pehchaan Studio, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging intact.

Certain items such as sale products, accessories, or customized orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
